Once a deposit is paid, we guarantee the land cost of the vacation will not increase.
This protects the traveler against fluctuating international exchange rates.
Accommodation and Meals
Our minimum standard of hotel is 3 Star while many of our tours and independent vacations offer superior or deluxe accommodations.
Choose one of our tours that include a castle or guesthouse stay, or arrange an independent vacation with any of these properties
in mind. All the accommodations include breakfast to start the day, and every escorted tour includes most dinners,
some with entertainment. Dinners always offer choices of three courses, followed by tea or coffee.
From the minute your clients get off the plane until they are safely on the way home,
you'll feel like they are in the hands of the experts. Our ground staff meets all our escorted tours at the airports
on both arrival and departure to ensure your clients and their luggage are being looked after.
They will introduce the Tour Director who is with them throughout the trip.

All our escorted tour passengers are provided with a passport wallet and luggage tags,
which should be used throughout the tour for identification purposes.
Independent traveler's documents will be downloaded from our website.
Alternatively we are happy to ship any items that require an actual ticket.
The USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program
Brian Moore International Tours (BMIT) shares the coverage available under the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program with affiliates of Europe Express Inc. who, as an Active Member of the USTOA is required to post $1 Million with USTOA to be used to reimburse, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the USTOA Travelers Assistance Program, the advance payments of BMIT customers in the unlikely event of Europe Express Inc. bankruptcy, insolvency or cessation of business. Further, you should understand that the $1 Million posted by Europe Express Inc. may be sufficient to provide only a partial recovery of the advance payments received by BMIT.
