Shared Tour: Skye & Eilean Donan Castle
After departing Inverness in the morning, participants will travel along the Great Glen Fault Line toward iconic Loch Ness. Following stops at the loch and Invermoriston, guests will continue through the Scottish Highlands to Eilean Donan Castle for an interior visit. From there, the tour continues up the east coast of the Isle of Skye, past the dramatic Cuillin Mountains to Sligachan. After a brief photo stop, guests will continue to Portree for lunch and exploration on their own before heading to the Trotternish Peninsula to visit such sites as the Old Man of Storr, Kilt Rock, and the Quiraing. Participants will then stop in Kyleakin for refreshments and the chance to wander the ruins of Castle Moil or cross the Skye Bridge to Eilean Ban. Return to Inverness in the evening.
This tour is provided on a reserved basis prior to departure. Passengers must contact the local sightseeing company upon arrival to reconfirm their tour.

The Eilean Donan Castle will be closed from 31st December 2020 till 1st February 2021.During that time you will stop for photos of the exterior but the visitor centre and castle will be closed. It is important to dress for the weather as a good deal of time is spent outdoors during this tour
