Shared Tour: Afternoon Food Tasting Walking Tour in Rome
Go on a walking tour to markets, grocery stores and gelaterias with tastings in the different locations as you learn about Italian food traditions. Experience a nice stroll through Rome's enchanting squares and neighborhoods while tasting your way through some ot the city's best shops, restaurants and markets. Discover the secrets of world-renowned Italian cuisine while enjoying pizza with a mortadella tasting, suppli (fried rice-ball) and pasta. Then, experience Jewish ghetto food specialties, such as fried artichokes and fried codfish. Savor an artisanal gelato tasting along with gaining tips and learning history about food in Italy.
This tour is provided on a reserved basis prior to departure. Passengers must contact the local sightseeing company upon arrival to reconfirm their tour.
