Deposit: Brian Moore International Tours requires a credit card number and billing address to request a reservation. Once a reservation has been made, the credit card will be charged a non-refundable deposit of $300 per person plus insurance, air and prepaid items. Your deposit acknowledges the fact that you have read, understand, and agree to BMIT's Terms and Conditions, and authorize BMIT to charge your credit card for the deposit and/or full payment for the booking.
Payment Conditions: The credit card holder must be one of the travelers. If a third party is paying for the travel, if multiple parties are paying for travel, or the cardholder resides outside of the United States, a signed BMIT credit card payment form will need to be faxed directly to BMIT authorizing payment.
Any revisions to the reservation made after this request are subject to a minimum $50 per person fee plus supplier fees.* If the requested hotel cannot be confirmed, a comparable alternate will be booked and there will be a 48 hour grace period to cancel without penalty. Any difference in nightly rate between the requested hotel and the accepted alternate hotel will be reflected in the final package price. If the alternate is not cancelled, deposit will be posted and penalties will apply.
Final Payment: For bookings made 60 days or less prior to departure from the U.S. we must have full payment in our office within 24 hours of the booking date or the booking will auto cancel. Final payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 60 days prior to departure. If an alternate form of payment is to be used other than the credit card on file, you must contact BMIT directly at least 60 days prior to departure.
Fees: All bookings will be assessed a $12 processing fee. Bookings made, or payments received 7 days or less prior to departure from the U.S., will be assessed an additional $20 fee before documents will be issued. These fees are non-refundable.

Rail passes, rail tickets and car rentals are subject to a fee determined at the time of cancellation. Open Vouchers: Open vouchers include Best Western Hotel Program, Discover Britain B&B Program and Irish B&B Program. There will be a $50 charge per booking on all returned unused open vouchers. Documents must be received within 30 days from travel to qualify for a refund. All pre-booked voucher accommodations are non-refundable. Reservation Restrictions: Disabled travelers requiring special attention or treatment on the land portion of the tour must be reported to BMIT at time of booking. Any person who is unable to travel independently or who needs any type of assistance must be accompanied by a companion who is able to provide the required assistance. As our coaches are not equipped with wheelchair ramps, all tour members must be able to mount 3 or 4 steps into coach. BMIT is not responsible for denial of services by any of our suppliers. Tour Membership: To promote an enriching travel experience, BMIT reserves the right to reject anyone whose conduct is incompatible with the interest of the tour group. Passenger will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds: Notice for refund requests must be forwarded to Brian Moore International Tours by registered mail no later than 30 days from completion of the trip. All unused documents should be returned with the request. After this time no refunds, however valid, will be considered. Reservations cancelled directly with a hotel or another supplier do not qualify for a refund. Please note that there are no refunds for services designated as non-refundable. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund. Photographs & Maps: Photographs show places in general geographic areas, but these places are not necessarily included in the tour. Maps shown on the tour pages are for general information and may not accurately reflect exact tour routings. Hotels: Space is subject to availability. Rooms are assigned on a run-of-the-house basis by hotel management upon check in. Single rooms are usually smaller in size than twins or doubles and have one small bed. Triples are usually a standard twin/double plus a rollaway or sofa bed. While a hotel normally may offer a particular feature such as air conditioning, cannot guarantee that the service will be in operation at any given time and cannot be held responsible for any such lack of operation at the time of stay. Hotel Classifications: Hotel classifications are based on Brian Moore International Tours' assessment and may not reflect opinions of other sources. Meals: Meals are provided as specified in each tour program. Dinners in hotels are on a table d'hote basis. Visits, Entertainment and Other Features: BMIT reserves the right to substitute visits, entertainment and other features when establishments are closed or cannot be visited for reasons beyond our control. Not Included: Any items of a personal nature including but not limited to: phone calls, tips, laundry, beverages, meals not stated, taxi and bus fares, passport and visa fees. Prices: Brian Moore International Tours reserves the right to adjust prices according to exchange rate fluctuations or any increase in vendor rates. Once deposit is received, Brian Moore International Tours will only pass on increases in government taxes. Children: Children under 10 are not permitted to travel on coach tours. Children 10 or over are charged the full adult rate and must travel with an adult. Passports/Visas: It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to obtain the necessary documents, such as passports and visas, for travel. Visa requirements do change without notice and vary by nationality. Please check with the consulate office of the destination country as to visa requirements. Responsibility: Brian Moore International Tours and/or its agents act only as booking agents for railways, tourist boards, hotels, sightseeing vendors, car rentals and/or any other service in connection with the itineraries of individual or group travelers. Every reservation is accepted subject to the terms and conditions of the suppliers. Brian Moore International Tours shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to an act or default by any company or person providing or rendering services included in the tour. Brian Moore International Tours and/or its agents accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, government restraint, act of god, war, terrorism, weather condition, defect in vehicle or transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other circumstances beyond their control. The responsibility of any airline used is solely that set out in the passenger contract evidenced by the ticket. Airlines and other carriers are not responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their planes or conveyances. Brian Moore International Tours cannot be held responsible for variations in length or content of sightseeing. Inquiries after the Tour: If after returning from the tour you wish to inquire about any tour services provided, please ensure that all correspondence relating to those services is received by BMIT in writing within 30 days after the tour completion date. USTOA: The USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program: BMIT shares the coverage available under the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program with Affiliates of Europe Express, who as an Active Member of the USTOA is required to post $1 Million with USTOA to be used to reimburse, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the USTOA Travelers Assistance Program, the advance payment of BMIT customer in the unlikely event of Europe Express bankruptcy, insolvency, or cessation of business. Further, you should understand that the $1 Million posted by Europe Express may be sufficient to provide only partial recovery of the advance payments received by BMIT.
