Kier V.B. Matthews, CTIE, National Accounts Manager
Kier Matthews has 13 years of experience in the travel industry. He has worked at hotels, a cruise line, and the industry's leading travel consortia. He joined BMIT in 2010 to further develop our connection to the travel agent community. Born in Florida, Kier has lived on both coasts of the US prior to making Seattle his home. One of his career highlights was introducing hundreds of travel agents and suppliers to the benefits of social media. |

David Gudgel, Director of Sales & Operations
David Gudgel's career in the travel industry started when he saw a flyer on his college campus for a summer job driving tour busses in Alaska. Twenty years later he is still involved with the industry that gave him his start. As the newest edition to Europe Express' management team, David is responsible for overseeing all of BMIT's group travel products, which includes the operations of all BMIT escorted tours.
Prior to joining BMIT, David held the position of Vice President of Operations for Port Promotions, served as the Vice President of Operations and COO at Shore to Sea Services, and spent 15 years working for Holland America Line in various positions.
David resides in Seattle with his wife and two young daughters. When not at work David says he enjoys waiting hand and foot on his three girls. He also loves to cook, enjoys wine immensely, cycling and fishing. |

Sarah Koenig, Head of Reservations
Sarah Koenig has 25 years of experience in the travel industry and has worked in all aspects of the business including corporate travel, travel agency sales, and cruise sales. She joined the BMIT team four years ago and now oversees all reservations. Born in England, Sarah has lived in Scotland and Bermuda and has traveled extensively throughout Europe and many other parts of the world. One of her career highlights was chartering a Carnival Cruise Ship for a Union's 100th Anniversary Celebration. |

Trish Glover, Group Sales Manager
Trish Glover has spent 16 years traveling the world and visiting over 25 countries both independently and in a group setting. While in college she also did two study abroad programs, one of which was Semester at Sea. Trish has worked for BMIT since 2006 and uses her extensive travel knowledge and organizational skills to oversee the group department's sales process and group travel operations. Catrina Forcier, Group Sales
Catrina Forcier has 15 years of experience in the travel industry and has been with BMIT since 2004. She has extensive knowledge and has sold and operated hundreds of groups. Two of her career highlights include sending a group of asparagus farmers from eastern Washington to Peru to visit Peruvian growing farms and packing plants, and also coordinating the ground arrangements of 5 Takes, a Travel Channel show, and having her name listed in the credits. |

Karen Williams, Group Sales
Karen Williams has worked for BMIT since 2005. Born and raised in Scotland, Karen traveled extensively throughout Britain and many other European countries before finally settling in the USA. Before joining the BMIT team, Karen worked extensively in the hotel industry both in the USA and in the UK where customer relations was always a priority! |

Jamie Millburn
Along with an energetic personality, Jamie Millburn also has 20 years of experience in the travel industry. Before joining BMIT six years ago, Jamie worked for MGM Grand Air out of Los Angeles and in corporate travel managing accounts for Boston Scientific, Koch Industries, Merck, Sprint, AT&T, and Hallmark Cards. She is also very experienced booking travel to Ireland and visited the country about 4 years ago. She drove all around Ireland making stops in Cork, Killarney, Bantry Bay, Dingle, Tralee, Limerick, Kenmare, Kerry, and Waterford. She has also visited many other international destinations including Spain, Germany, Paris, London, New Zealand, and Amsterdam. Jamie enjoys her job tremendously and loves helping to create wonderful experiences for her clients. |

Shirley McNeil
Shirley has 25 years experience in the travel industry, the last three of which have been with BMIT. She is very comfortable helping clients with FITs and packages, no matter how complicated the itinerary. She has also advised and planned many trips to Ireland including a trip in 2006 where she spent three weeks driving around Ireland and Northern Ireland and visiting many of the major sites. Before working for BMIT, Shirley managed a reservations department and a training department. |

Sandy Cilk
Sandy Cilk has been working in the travel industry for the past 12 years and has been with BMIT for the past eight. She has travel certifications from the Travel Academy, four destination specialists, and in European Rail. Sandy has a wide range of experience selling Ireland as well as destinations around the world. Some of her travel highlights include trips to Italy, Holland, Germany, UK, France, Switzerland, and New Zealand. |

Sharon Frantz
Sharon Frantz has over 20 years experience in the travel industry. Some of her past roles include flying with Northwest Orient Airlines for eight years and working as a travel agent for four years. Sharon has spent the last two years working as a travel expert in BMIT's reservations department. She has a Travel Consultant Certificate from the International Air Academy. She is also a European Rail Expert, and an Italy Specialist. Sharon has traveled extensively in Ireland, and hopes to return for another trip. Other travel highlights include trips to Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, England, Italy, Switzerland, and France. |

Nancy Morrisette,
Nancy Morrisette has been in the travel industry for the past 27 years. She was a retail travel agent and manager for 23 years before joining BMIT 5 years ago. She has traveled extensively all over the world. Although Nancy has never been to Ireland, she has been integral in selling and planning many trips to the Emerald Isle. Nancy has also traveled all over England and Scotland by rental car and escorted tour, and is an expert resource for all types of trip planning. |
